4. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking information.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages.
5. Order Accuracy

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
